A planner’s role is tri-fold:

  2. Vendors: Build a great rapport with vendors; each vendor relationship is a reflection of the planners' company and their clients' interest

  3. Organization/Communication: Keep details organized; timely and effectively communicate changes as they arise

Can I afford a planner?

Simply put: Can you afford not to? The importance of a planner is to work your event, so you don’t have to.  Our greatest pleasure is to watch our guest(s) of honor enjoy themselves from start to finish.

Can I afford a planner with a minimal budget?

We customize our packages to our customer needs. We will work with reasonable requests to help your vision come to life!

How can you help me with my budget?

We work with industry professional and our preferred vendor list to negotiate the best deal for our clients.  If we receive industry discounts, they are passed on to you!


Why should I hire Elegance Simplified over other event planners?

I strongly suggests that your hire the best planner for you! An affordable planner is important but it’s just as important to work with a planner with a great personality (or at least one that is easy to get along with). Therefore my best advice is don’t hire us if we are not a good fit for you because your day is too important!
